I was just telling how I imagine how it should work at Lufthansa. So therefore it was ironic but obviously it didn' turn out to be so. Probably I am just dreaming that the LH's Y product it's getting improved sometime soon but I am only getting the impression that it's getting worse all the time compared to SQ for example or even Austrian. Interesting to see that also LX is raising its standard in Y steadily maybe they should LH teach how to do it.

I am feeling so badly saying that the article was in DER SPIEGEL and not in FOCUS. Sorry for that...
