. . . on this being a non-issue for Plats and Golds. I have had more battlefied upgrades, or no upgrades in the last year, as a Plat, than ever before. With this policy the benefits I enjoy as a Platinum have been eroded. I have less seating options than I used to. There's no way you can deny that in the last several years, the overall flying experience has seriously declined.
What do you think about the No Refund policy on the Coach Choice seats if you get a battlefield upgrade?
