can you believe it.my customers in kolkata have now informed that the hyatt is now completely sold out, while the oberoi is available at USD 300++ for a single superior room.Is this a gimmick played by the hotels in Kolkata to show that the city is booming.
Can anyone let me know names of alternate accomadation in central Kolkata?

Fortunately, on the accomodations side the capability to put up a new so-called 5* hotel within 12-18 months now exist. However, it's still to be seen if that will really happen within the next year or two or not, for there is a lot of paperwork still involved in clearances.
