At this hour exit customes is not bad. Going back through security may take 15 minutes or so but that is it. The only thing that may add time to this is if you are a US citizen. Customs takes a bit longer since you need to go through a special (slow) line.

Regardless, this entire process from gate to gate should take 45-60 minutes at the very most.
