As PMMMDL notes, >15 segments is a huge PITA for DL's systems. This is very relevant on RTW itineraries. The system simply stops printing after the 15th segment, at which point the agent needs to handwrite the remaining segments. I have tried in several stations to reissue my spring RTW itin in the past few weeks, and I've never had enough time to get it done (an hour in one case was not sufficient).
Note that "surface segments" are counted as one segment toward the 15 noted above. For example, flying EWR-ATL-EZE, GIG-CDG-TXL counts as 5 segments, b/c while you are only flying 4 legs, the "surface segment" counts as one more.
I might go to PHL tomorrow to work on my ticket, and I plan to plant myself on a folding chair at the ticketing desk until it gets done.
