I'm not sure how you can say that you had a bad stay in Lima and therefore we should all avoid an affiliated (assuming it indeed is) hotel in BsA. Seems a bit of a leap.
Also, the Hilton in BsA is on the Port away from the action while the Libertador is just off Florida St (in the action). So location preference would also be a factor.
