For *A flights to a Hilton group beach resort from KUL, as mario said Phuket Arcadia Resort is probably the closest/cheapest. Not sure how much the flight KUL-BKK would be but it's cheap to fly from BKK-HKT.

Another option was the Conrad in Bali. For *A you would have to go via SIN, or BKK if you wanted the additional miles!.
