LOL, or the OP was out of their mind. But I'm pretty sure that the hotel employee was in violation of hotel rules for staff. That sort of thing is surely frowned upon at the least by management as it leaves them exposed to all kinds of allegations.
Not that I've never fantasized about just this sort of scenario!
