We have 8-10 pieces that range from 3-14 years old. Everything from briefcases to larger wheeled check on luggage. I’ve sent several pieces back for various repairs, and never been charged. I even sent an irregular piece (was not covered under the normal warranty) back once and they fixed it for free.

Is the warranty only 10 years now? It use to be lifetime.
