I've seen mine delayed approximately a week from flight to DYMTWTU posting. I think someone else mentioned that they tend to sweep on Mon and Thur, but that seems to work about as well as the ual.com website functions in general (read: sporadically, slowly, and semi-occasionally)
That seems inordinately long even for the UAL IT backbone, though.
