Now, the travel agency was all in for 'low cost'.....seriously low cost, UNLESS you were senior management. I stumbled across this fact when booking travel for myself and our director.

Suddenly, when I had been staying in flea pits, we were booked into the Towers at the Dury, in Dublin, which was a step up for me.

Its funny, from that call onwards the travel agency always got the impression, although I never said it, that I was senior management.
