I've tried PTS, and use them on occasion, but find that I can get just as good or better rates online myself (and I usually get upgraded anyway). Usually if I call them I already have discovered the rate I want and ask if they can match that
I find that the FHR amenity is ok but I can pay for that myself if I really want it...or do without.
