Payback for Evil Employers

Continuing on from previous "Evil Employer" thread.....

We have invented our own amusing, if somewhat childish, way of getting our own back.

From now on, when asked to travel, it is our mission to run up as large as bill as possible whilst sticking with the official booking engine and policies.

I am off to PHL tomorrow and the "official" online tool has gone all wrong again. For some reason, 50% of the time, the last leg of a complex journey ends up in J class. So I have managed to get a fare of £2503 GBP for a Y trip from LHR-PHL-LHR-DME-LHR. I could have done it for £1100 but thats not the point. The system says the Lowest fare is £2503 and I get full miles and points.

Just last week on my mates HKG trip. The system booked him in full Y from HKG-SIN for around £600 GBP when he could have booked the same flight on Cathay's website for £100 GBP.

So, against the norm of this board, anyone else care to list the most they can or have paid for the LOWEST class of travel (rather than paying the least for the most)
