I have flown UA's PS in F and AA AFS in F and both times I have found the quality and quantity of CO's transcon product to be far superior in every way.

Granted, the UA PS F seat is nicer than a domestic 737 but the service is far superior on CO.

I should also point out that short of Transcons, CO always offeres two choices of a meal, a protein salad and soup or a sandwhich/hot entree with soup. On all but a few flights it seems that AA only offers a cold sandwhich. One last thing to point out, both AA and UA on their premium transcon routes offer a hot sandwhich as one of the lunch choices, something to date I have not seen on CO.

From a seat standpoint, unless one if lucky enought to get a BF752, than yes UA and AA are better but, from a cuisine standpoint, CO wins IMHO hands down.
