The mouse and keyboard worked fine for about 2 months, then the keyboard stopped working, did the whole gammit of batteries, reloading software, pushing buttons many times, but to no avail. THe mouse works flawlessly, the diagnostic on the program says both are working no problem.
So I guess It's a new keyboard.... the 30days is up on the return policy at bestbuy.

What's the manufacturer's warranty? And did you buy it with a credit card that extends the warranty?

I had a problem with my wireless keyboard over a year ago; haven't used it since, but will try the "button to re-bind" suggestion - maybe that will save it!
