I just had the same problem with my new Microsoft laser keyboard and mouse. The mouse and keyboard worked fine for about 2 months, then the keyboard stopped working, did the whole gammit of batteries, reloading software, pushing buttons many times, but to no avail. THe mouse works flawlessly, the diagnostic on the program says both are working no problem.
So I guess It's a new keyboard.... the 30days is up on the return policy at bestbuy.
Any suggestions???
thx
