Has anyone received bonus miles from the "boslaxtriple" promotion? The promotion involved flying BOS-LAX RT and gave triple miles for paid business class and double miles for paid economy class. It also gave more bonus miles based on number of such trips taken for 2 RTs and beyond. Please post here if you have received the miles from above promotion. Thanks!
