I really don't want to know about lost bag complaints off of CRJs. The rest of the experience is crappy enough.

And I specially don't want to talk about it in terms of the "can't take your bag onto the plane even though it easily fits into an overhead compartment" recurring problem... Grrrrrrrrrrr.
