I rented a Alamo car in Germany for 7 days. I wonder if I could get 500 UAL miles for it?

UAL's website says:
"Earn 500 miles for qualifying rentals of five or more days at participating locations worldwide."

Does Alamo Germany "participate"?

Regarding retroactive credit, UAL gives only a mail address, no fax number from Alamo's Customer service on this page: http://www.united.com/page/article/0,6722,50938,00.html

I don't find a fax number on www.alamo.com either.
Does anyone have a fax number from Alamo?
