All of the FAs that I know feel the same way about the cockpit that we FFs do: that they're a bunch of over paid ego maniacs who think they run the whole company.
Pilots are no different from any other profession - you have some a$$holes but the majority are regular guys doing an honest day's work. The FAs who dislike pilots as a group are largely doing so out of resentment that they make a lot more $ - a function of the higher responsibility that the pilot carries.
