This has happened to me once (and I stress the ONCE) too when flying the same route, although it did take an hour from leaving the plane until any bags at all appeared on the carousel. Had I been flying with CX I would have been back in the office in Central London by this time (admittedly not at my freshest without an arrivals lounge
).
