I'd certainly not place Rival in the top 100 list of world class hotels. Maybe the top 100 list of Scandinavian/Nordic class hotels.

Can you tell that I find Scandinavia to be a laggard when it comes to world class hotels, because the service aspect is never consistently great? (Even the physical plant leaves something to be desired too often.)
