Stayed at the property last week.
Very nice modern design and some rooms have great city views.
I had a flat screen TV and a pretty decent continental breakfarst was included for Diamond members.
Location right in Chinatown with North Beach and financial district 5 minutes walking distance is outstanding.
Only downside the Executive Lounge is not opened yet but they are planning on opening one in the near future.
Definitely not a bad option and nicer designed rooms than the other downtown Hilton.
