I'm in Thailand right now and I do not need an adapter for my electronics rated to 220v. They plug right in to standard THai outlets. If your chargers have three prongs you might need an adapter as some older electrical systems are only 2 pin. These adapters can be bought locally at Big C or Lotus for about 40 baht ($1.00).
