While downing the bubby, you should also toast to the mileage gods that put all your work commitments in major Star Alliance hub cities (except CDG...). Not connecting makes an itin like this much more acceptable.
A tough trip, but not too hard in C really. What I usually do on itins like this is to start thinking in the next timezone as soon as I am on my way to the airport. So, for your ORD-NRT flight for example, I would stay up and work on the plane and then crash when you reach NRT. That way you'll be in decent shape to work. Of course, this is predicated on maximising work capability - if on the other hand you want to see the sights, sleep to NRT and stay out all night on arrival - it will feel like the middle of the day to you!
