A few questions that I hope an emirates expert can help me with!

1) I am a one pass member (Continental). EK flights count for Elite Qualifying Miles correct?
2) I plan to fly via DXB to SYD. I am a US citizen, but I have a Israel stamp on my passport. Will I be able to fly this route?
3) I was hoping to stopover in Dubai on the way back...Will I be able to enter the UAE with an Israel stamp on my passport?

I have heard conflicting information on the Israel stamp issue...and the UAE govt website doesnt mention anything and neither does Emirates.com.
