Pinnacle and Mesaba pilots don't vote. Believe me, after the MidAtlantic experience at US Airways, no one is excited by this. It means the company will do this to get concessions and spin off the SJet company to a regional. Then they'll be rid of the pilots for good. The pilots know that.

They paid $2 MM--there were other bidders but NWA was the higest.
