I'm also Lifetime Platinum, and my account rolled over 3 million on January 18. I emailed AAdvantage one month later when I realized I had not received anything. They emailed me back informing me that a system error had caused my account not to be recognized and that they would manually process it in the March cycle. I received the "official" email last night noting that I would be receiving some gifts in the mail shortly.
You probably should call or email AAdvantage about your situation.
