Anyway yeah I called res and they told me it would have to be booked via AS res or AS.com so I guess this means not even my travel agency can do it, discount or no discount

I think with the paper ones though my agency could do it before (not that they ever did though, but they could've) but according to missy looks like it's because since they are electronic now, only AS can do it? Missy, what if I gave my agency my eCert code?

I have no idea how Amex travel (my agency) works but i'm sure they don't go through AS or AS.com to actually do the booking heheh
