Interesting one today. Flew KL 737 MUC-AMS in the exit row. There is a sign on the bottom of the seatback tray table (visible when folded up) that says "Table is in armrest." There is also a table in the armrest. Apparently KL is making it easier by ensuring there is a table wherever you look.
