No credit showed up on my account, so I called Hhonors, and asked for credit. They would only credit the # of points equal to the amount I spent on my credit card. I don't really mind, that is fair, but if I had know then I would have paid the whole thing and had my firends just pay me back. Any experience with this? Seems like it is a little picky - I have sometimes worked with my wife and we've split the bill and it never was an issue.

was your HH number on the reservation to begin with? did you see it on the hotel folio?
also, did the three payments have their own folio showing a 1/3 guest room charge? or was it all on one folio showing the one total room charge and 3 payments all on the same bill?
