I got a disappointing response from an e mail recently sent to "talk to us" at nwa.com. Any suggestions about how to get my complaint viewed by higher ups?

I did try to cc Russ Hinkley on my response to their canned form letter, but to no avail. Years ago there were pre addressed envelopes for gold and plats to use and I'm sure they were handled by someone other than "Executive Staff Assistant". That avenue seems to have disappeared. Please pm if you don't want to broadcast an address.
