Perhaps it is because the attitude of the RPU towards customers when it comes to multi-segment trips?

I have 2 comments concerning multi-segment bookings:

1) Other airlines have come out and said that they encourage mileage runs during their FT live chats. DL has made it a cardinal sin. Why such a difference in DL's approach to business? This is just plain stupid.

2) Often times we are booking multi-segment trips for business that aren't mileage runs and cannot do so online.
