Well that's certainly good news from where I'm sitting - makes the thought of a Changi transit even more appealing ^ ! It's fair enough to say that unlike a lot of cities it's not *that* big an issue having to head into the city for a decent hotel regardless in Singapore (especially with the IC being so close off the expressway), but on those shorter transits the time saved might make it worthy (especially if it comes with a nice runway view too!)
