Looks like the ITN engine just went down -- there should soon (if not already) be a thread in the UA forum as this also means that United.com online reservations functionality is also down.
As a Gold/Platinum-tier KVS Tool user, you can switch to the Amadeus:AUA and/or Galieo methods for now, as that functionality of the Tool will not be affected by this ITN outage.
