Never stayed there, but we did look at it as a host hotel for my wedding. We ended up going with another option that was a bit cheaper, but the Marriott certainly seemed very nice. It looks like a newer property, and it's in a decent area -- not much within walking distance, because nothing in Texas is within walking distance , but plenty of restaurant options that are a short drive away.

One thing to keep in mind is that it is well outside of Austin, up in Round Rock, so if you have business downtown, be prepared for a nasty commute.
