Had I not been otherwise involved this evening, Cam, I would have posted exactly what Andrew did. You must remember that the AC booking site only displays the lowest available fare, so H will always be available, though will not necessarily show up in the offerings until it is the lowest available fare class, unless it too is sold out and all you see is B, M and Y fares.
