There is much for Z/V inventory available than G/? as far as I know. I recently had a sitch where I wanted to get rid of an expiring NAMU and tried to use it JFK-LAX and the G waitlist was closed while there were 7 Z seats available.

Back to Bruce, so it seems like you got the only 2 upgrades NCE-JFK. The wait must have been annoying, but I think you made out pretty well getting 6 people JFK-NCE-JFK in BE in July. Nice to see it when things work out that way.
