Absolutely! I called several times to make sure that I was still ON the wait-list at all. Each time I was assured that nobody had cleared yet and I was still at the top of the list.

By 7/5, I was more or less resigned to the prospect of two family members (not I!) riding in coach. We had decided which two children it would be. But then I checked the web site and was amazed to see that we had cleared after all.

I don't like spending 330 days on a wait-list, but I do like happy endings!
