I've heard that the Bellagio service has gone downhill since being bought by MGM, too. Haven't been back there since our 1st stay a few yrs back so no personal experience. Just been reading this site and have read the same from many others. If we stay at either the Bellagio or THEhotel again I'll let you know. Both, I'm sure are still much nicer than many other hotels in Las Vegas of their class.
