I have a trip in EuroTraveller AMS-LHR coming up in a couple of weeks. It's my first BA flight in a non-F/J cabin, so obviously I'm getting very excited. I was wondering if the board could provide me with some tips to maximise the experience.

Which seat should I try to get at OLCI? Are there any special inserts I should ask for to complement the EuroTraveller amenity kit. Any recommended spa treatmeants at the BA lounge at Schiphol?

Any advice would be very much appreciated...
