And this is cause for complaint when your FT handle is "bumpme"?

I've had an aircraft downgrade that pushed it from being overbooked by 9 to being overbooked by 40+. I took my $300 voucher, a short walk to another gate, and a first class seat going out 30 minutes later. Sometimes they ain't so bad... Ont he other hand, getting a downgrade to a crummy plane on a flight you *need* to be on or that won't result in a bump, does indeed stink.
