depends. The rule of thumb for european departures is that boarding begins 25mins before scheduled departure. Boarding completes about 15mins before departure. If you are not boarded by then and someone is on standby they will call your name and offload you.

If you have luggage, they might wait a bit longer.

For intercont departures, boarding beging 45-30 mins before departure.
