I've heard something else also.

The 772LR if ordered might be restricted to fly 1 hour longer over Russian airspace or something like that due to 4 engine flying over that space and 2 will be too loud or something. So If SQ does get the 772LR it would take 1 hour longer to fly into EWR.

They could use the current 345 set up and go double daily direct to EWR.

And deploy the 772LR on the LAX run with F service and have no restrictions
