true, i wasn't trying to injure the child. i looked politely, asked the child, asked the parents, and ultimately, came undone and learched back. all i can say is that it worked.

i too have two kids, who never acted so rudely. or actually, it wasn't the kid, it was the parents (i have to keep remembering that).
