From a Reservations/Sales point of view, where I work, the vast majority of members seem happy with the programme, and the fact that it now covers the entire western US and Hawaii thanks to the merger, and a vast number of international destinations, due to Star Alliance. There is a minority of DM members who whinge too much about change and refuse to see the hugely increased opportunities they now have. The world has changed. Hopefully they will wake up soon.
