As I said earlier, I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff is awesome -- especially with my kids. They remember my younger son's favorite root beer -- and stock the room with it. They deliver WARM chocolate chip cookies every night at bedtime.
The rooms are small here, and there are no 2-bedded rooms. It is a San Francisco Fire Department issue, not hotel nonsense.
