Only ever stayed at the Valley Wing where they use a nice black S-class Mercedes for their airport transfers. They may use it for the other rooms as well. Late check out is good if you have a night flight out of Singapore
Its only one night after all. Depends on how long you are actually in Singapore for.
RC is good - definitely go for the Club rooms with 5 food presentations a day.
