I was very impressed with the service.
Amost exactly my experience 3 weeks ago. Very impressive and the girls are really pleasant. I had an extra service in that I had a customs carnet to get cleared so my bags had to be sent thru to customs first. The BA girl waited with me for about 40 minutes and acted as interpreter and go-between with customs who were quite slow and pedantic. A truly great service at BOM ^
