This past Sunday, this "enhanced" service worked like a charm on leaving BOM. I was greeted as soon as I got out of the taxi and asked in which cabin I was flying. When I told her I was travelling in J, she escorted me into the terminal and right to the front of the queue for getting the bags screened. You should have seen the look on some of the other passengers.

I was then escorted to the CW check-in queue and she waited with me until I was called to the desk (in this case it was the F desk as there was not queue there). Once checked-in, another staff member walked with me to immigration and told me that she would be waiting for me on the other side. After immigration, she escorted me to the F lounge.

I was very impressed with the service.
